repl_unreachable how to get rid of these?

(Version info: I'm running mogilefsd from SVN at revision 421)

My table "unreachable_fids" has 32 rows and I find in my logfile thousands of lines like these:

Are there recommended ways to deal with them? For recoverable files?
For unrecoverable files?
