[mogilefs] bradfitz, r917: lighttpd support. passes all tests now. (fwd)

To be more precise, we grab rpms from the dag repository, which is
pretty out of date, and it doesn't have the webdav module.  Time to
get the latest direct from the source (1.4.15).
