Debian packages

Does anyone produce debian packages from the latest SVN code? As far as I
can tell, the debian directory hasn't been updated for a while, and if I try
to run "debian/rules binary" for MogileFS-Client, it fails all the tests as
there isn't a tracker running locally on port 7001.

I'm trying to build all the dependencies as packages so that we can
more-easily install them on servers.
