2nd questions from PerlBal novice

I started today on converting Perlbal to use IO::AIO's sendfile and not
use the broken (on FreeBSD) Sys::Syscall... the current version in svn has
all Linux::AIO support removed, in prepartion for a pure-IO::AIO
dependency.
