OpenID service URI and XML namespace

I'm fine with http://openid.net/signon/1.0 as well.  What actual data do
we need on that page?

It was mentioned that it's a (w3c?) convention to include the version in
the URI. The OpenID version (indeed, the OpenID service URI) was not
addressed specifically.
