+1. Human-friendly page for developers at the namespace URI is IMHO
generally a good practice.

Technically, we don't need anything on that page, but ideally it would
tell any visitors that it is a service URI for OpenID in YADIS and
point them to the appropriate specifications. I think it should also
point to the XML namespace URI for OpenID
(http://openid.net/xmlns/1.0).

The namespace URI should describe the one element that is in that
namespace (Delegate).
