Python OpenID library updated

Now at version 0.0.6.

This update brings the library into compliance with the current version 
of the spec, and changes the interface to the consumer library.  The 
sample consumer also has a new mode, taking advantage of the library 
interface changes, which allows it to perform checkid_* calls in dumb 
mode and then perform the check_authentication call at a later time.
