Quick question

I seem to be stuck at pretty much the first step :).

Client->Server

(Payload):
openid.mode=associate&openid.assoc_type=HMAC-SHA1

HTTP/1.0 200 OK

(Payload):
// no 'openid.return_to' URL

I thought it was confused by the HTTP/1.1 and the 100-continue, but changing 
it to 1.0 didn't help and neither did supplying an openid.return_to (which 
shouldn't be needed for the first request?).
What am I missing?
