More missing fields in specs.

Well...  Am I right or not?  Does dumb mode use a trust_root field? Does 
dumb mode work when openid.mode=checkid setup?  I beleive the answer to 
both is yes, and I'm proceding under that assumption.  If I'm wrong, 
someone tell me.  If I'm right, the wiki should be updated.
