Quick status update:

   $LJ::OPENID_SERVER = 1;
   $LJ::OPENID_CONSUMER = 0;

In other words, LiveJournal now speaks DH/HMAC OpenID, and no longer
speaks the older DSA-based OpenID.

Mark updated LifeWiki.net to use Net::OpenID::Consumer 0.09, so it works
against LiveJournal.

We'll enable OpenID commenting ($LJ::OPENID_CONSUMER) next week, either
Monday or Tuesday.  (I'm gone Wednesday and then for a week.... but I'll
still be working on OpenID a little.)
