OpenID demo updated

LiveJournal now speaks OpenID.  (yadis with all those renaming changes)

(I don't have the auto-discovery tags in the production LiveJournal.com
site yet, though, so the demo's helper is faking it, knowing that the
endpoint is http://www.livejournal.com/misc/identity.bml ... However
