I want any site to be able to verify my identity _with LJ_.  So, rathe 
than LJ saying "microsoft.com is asking if you're you, is that ok?" I'd 
like it to assume that if Microsoft.com is asking, it's because I've 
told Microsoft what my address is, and that no harm can come of it.
