You'll want to look at http://www.danga.com/openid/ as it has newer details, 
also you'll want to read the rest of the mailing list for more up to date 
info. A demo is avaliable at http://www.danga.com/openid/demo/demo.html. 
Just use you're livejournal account. You'll need to be logged in as that's 
how it checks stuff.
