I think it would be clearer if you called Alice the "User-Agent", Steve 
the "Consumer", Bob the "User's Website" and Victor the "Identity 
Server". It would certainly make the following text clearer, though 
fortunately the diagram allows me to forget the names you've given the 
players.

I got a bit lost in your text because I kept forgetting which person was 
which.

The diagram is correct, though, I think.
