Test identity Server up

Hi List,

I've created a Test OpenID identity server that you can register and 
play around by adding your site. Be aware that you can add any URL you 
want, so please only add URLs which you own :)

http://dev.nasquan.com/openid/

Basically:
1) goto the site and register yourself
2) login and add your website
3) Modify your website to include:

<link rel="openid.server" href="http://dev.nasquan.com/openid/id.php" />
in your <head> tag

4) Goto any openid consumer site and type your URL
5) tada!

code will be available soon after I clean up the carnage :)
