If the information necessary to interact with them can be described in
terms of a set of static parameters, there's no reason why they can't be
defined as YADIS capabilities... assuming that you don't mind your
public identifier being a YADIS URL, of course.
The fundamental thing about YADIS is that it's a layer of abstraction on
top of everything else, so it's YADIS that everyone sees whatever
amazing thing is going on under the hood.
