'relying party' and 'identity consumer'

I must say that the term "relying party" doesn't mean anything to me at
all. I only know what you're talking about because I've seen other
people use that term interchangably with "identity consumer".

Though perhaps I'm biased; I was, after all, the person who originally
proposed the term "consumer" for OpenID.
