Problem with my dumb client

I have trouble creating my dumb client.. I am trying to authenticate
against LiveJournal, and I end up with a url that looks like this :

(I added returns so reading is easier)

I am missing the openid.assoc_handle, but this shouldnt be needed since
I am constructing a dumb client right?
