REST authentication

Hi Folks,

I'm a developer of the Apache WSS4J and Rampart, AXIOM, Axis2 projects
in the Apache Web services project.

We do have some REST support in Axis2 and I'm also very interested in
finding out how we can REST works with OpenID authentication.
