Yadis Spec .9 Change Proposal: Section 6.1.[23] - redundant

Section 6.1.1 states "The YADIS document contains a YADIS Resource 
Descriptor, which identifies the services available using that YADIS ID, 
including services that can authenticate the User"

I think sections 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 can be removed,  all the information is 
contained in 6.1.1.  The separate sections also  risk misleading the 
reader by creating a divide between authentication services vs other 
services.
