Enabling a site with OpenID

Has anyone created a whitepaper/blog post that runs through the issues of
enabling a site with OpenID? For example, the user interface clues, the kind
of options made available to a users login at a server site, etc. I'm
looking for something that is a little higher up view than just the
technical know-how.
