ANN: yadis.org wiki now understands Yadis, LID and OpenID

Please fix the OpenID trust_root to identify the wiki generally
instead of just the specific page, so that trust decisions can be
meaningfully remembered, and users will have a better idea of what it
is that they are trusting.
