Hey Dmitry,
What I liked from your approach was that it treated the email address as
an email address.  I thought that connecting to the SMTP server was an
elegant approach.  With that said, I am worried that modifying MTAs will
be too complicated and thus the approach won't be used.

Re: SMTP. What if you don't query for MX record? What if you use the A
record instead? Would that solve the problem of modifying the MTA?
