Yadis/XRDS Service Element URI Question

Hey Drummond,

Thanks for the pointer.  You're exactly right.  The only reason that it's
not used in my proposal is that I was unaware of it.  I do plan to
incorporate it into draft 2 of my proposal.  Stay tuned!
