Software bundle installs all MogileFS components on Ubuntu/Debian

There are debian/ directories in subversion, but they might've bitrot a
bit since our Debian expert no longer works here.  We occasionally update
them and rebuild debs for mogstoreds and such, but they're a bit lacking
in some areas.... but I forget how.
