warning: svn rearranging in progress

Jonathan and I are starting to rearrange the svn repo, separating the core
from all the plugins, and then moving the core testing infrastructure from
t/lib/foo.pl to DJabberd::Test::Foo, so it's installed on people's
systems, so the "make test" of DJabberd plugins can use the core's testing
infrastructure.

This is so we can do some real releases.

It starts with this commit:

Adding         DJabberd
Adding         DJabberd/djabberd
Adding         DJabberd/lib
Deleting       djabberd
Deleting       lib

Committed revision 684.

So use rev 683 until we announce that the transition is complete.

svn will be unstable for a bit.
