Expose Multiple Resources

At a guess, this would have to be Disco support, but I'm new (2 days) to
djabberd, so I'm not sure to what extent that is implmented.

It'd be nice if there were extensions that LJ Talk had (relating to core
XEPs), if they were rolled into djabberd?
