[PATCH] SASL support for djabberd

After talking to Brad, Hachi and Mart, the best way to get this
reviewed is to commit it. "It will break, you'll fix it".

As advised, I'm doing a 'git svn dcommit' which borks with the
following message:

    Invalid filesystem transaction name: No such transaction at
/opt/local/libexec/git-core/git-svn line 480

after each individual commit... But, eventually I'm sure, It will be
completely in the repo.
