mcache PHP extension for Windows

Has anyone compiled mcache under Windows and could share the dll?  It
might be nice if I could put it up for download on the homepage.  I
don't really have a good setup to compile the dll under windows at the
moment.

If someone would like to submit new versions of the dll with each update
I'd happily put it up and give them credit and or link to their own site
hosting the dlls.
