auto-tarball building now running

The 1.1.x and 1.2.x branches now have auto-builds running, and dumping to:

  http://www.danga.com/memcached/dist/experimental/

Currently the latest 1.1.x is:

  http://www.danga.com/memcached/dist/experimental/memcached-1.1.x-svn319.tar.gz

And the latest 1.2.x is:

  http://www.danga.com/memcached/dist/experimental/memcached-1.2.x-svn323.tar.gz

This will now make getting bug reports from people both quicker and more
clear, as we'll know exactly what they're running, and they can easily run
the latest code within 15 minutes of us checking it in.  (for now the auto
builder's in cron every 15 minutes, but I'll be making the svn server
post-commit and ping the builder to go immediately ....)
