Cannot find save handler in PHP CLI

Hello Mike,
thank you for your idea, but if I change settings in php.ini from 
"session.save_handler = mcache" to "session.save_handler = files" this 
error will not be displayed.

So it seams that the "files" save_handler is working and only mcache is 
having problem.
