We're running it on 64-bit windows (compiled as 64-bit). We're only 
starting to ramp up our usage of memcache, though, so it's not using all 
the memory it could be at this stage (approx. 1GB per instance right now 
in steady state, but we've got capacity for about 8GB per instance)...
