MogileFS + FreeBSD + NFS works! [doc patch]

I still got MogileFS (at least minimally) working on FreeBSD.

I first tried HTTP mode, so I commented out the Linux::AIO stuff to  
make it run (just a use, but I forget which file), but then mogadm  
would just hang trying to read the status file using HTTP mode (or  
just GET).

So then I made nfs mode work, but the documentation is too thin on  
how to set this up, so I submit this patch:
