VMWare Virtual Appliance?

Anyone ever thought of posting a VMWare Virtual Appliance version of
mogilefs?
You would probably need 2 or 3 Appliances: DB, Tracker, and Storage
Nodes. But this would make it extremely easy for anyone to get
up-and-running to try out and it might even make sense for production
deployment in some scenarios. Imagine getting a new storage node
machine with any OS on it, installing VMWare and simply copying over and
starting the appliance. No further configuration needed...

This might also be a good idea for memcached...
And yes, I'm asking because I don't think I have time to do it myself.
;-) Honesty is almost always the best policy...
