MogileFS on FreeBSD Update?

You don't need to use mogstored to use MogileFS. People have, for
instance, run it with Apache or lighttpd instead. Without mogstored you'd
lose the iostat monitoring, but I'd be surprise if that worked under
FreeBSD anyway (different output format of iostat -x?), so I'd just go for
lighttpd or whatever you like.

There are a number of posts to this list already that state FreeBSD will only work in file mode due to the use of Linux::AIO. If this has changed in anyway I would appreciate hearing back from anyone with success on FreeBSD.

Any help on getting this working, or just someone letting me know that it won?t work would be great.
