schtuff.com (mogilefs wiki) expired

Okay, the http://mogilefs.schtuff.com/ page is up and working again.  
This should make finding the current MogileFS documentation even easier, 
now that there are two different sources for it :)

I am going to make the http://mogilefs.pbwiki.com/ front page a copy of 
the http://mogilefs.schtuff.com/ front page and then put links from 
schtuff to pbwiki so we don't end up with docs being modified in two 
places.
