[ANNOUNCE] new Perl server/consumer modules for DH/HMAC protocol

Old DSA code removed.  DH/HMAC protocol instead:

P.S. We have LJ commenting working back and forth between two LJ
installations now, without having to login to the site first.  (can leave
a comment w/ openid in one step.  well, two if you include the identity
server auth)
