Is LifeWiki properly handling invalidate_handle?

LifeWiki is using Net::OpenID::Consumer 0.10 which
doesn't support invalidate_handle.

I've added it to the unreleased version 0.11 (and the server) which will
be out within the hour, at which time LifeWiki will be updated.
