Has anyone started on a C# or other .NET-enabled language implementation?

I started to write one yesterday and then noticed that there was still quite 
a few spec related bug reports and subsequents updates to the spec and 
code-base. So I decided to hold back until things solidified a bit more. It 
seems that they have and so I plan to move forward with the creation of a 
C#-based ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> implementation either later tonight or 
tomorrow. 

Are there any existing efforts already in progress?
