My take is that this version can't have any other
interpretation. Both service types necessarily work with the URI
given with them. In this case, it is the same URI.

Here, my take is that each of the two service types (both requiring a
URI) necessarily work with the only URI given.
We have some material for a draft Implementer's Guide. I'm
collecting this kind of stuff to put there.
