Btw, I released a tool last night called ShipIt, which while mostly for my
own benefit and peace-of-mind, should result in quicker and more frequent
memcached releases:

I'll add the necessary ShipIt::Project:: subclass today to deal with
autoconf-y projects and try to do some (or one?) memcached releases today.
