Newbie question: Memcache client for windows in C/C++

Hi all,

   I'm very newbie with Memcache and I think this question has appeared 
several times already in the list, I have searched but I haven't found 
anything so let me apologize amb please be benevolent with me :).

   I have to connect a client developed in C++ in windows to a server 
running on Linux. I have searching for libraries or ports but I haven't 
found anything. Anybody could give me a hint?
